Planning Meeting for Term 1, 2012

Hi everyone,
We will be having a planning meeting for term 1 this Wednesday 18th Jan at 10 am at Mary Shepherds home, 89 Poaka Ave, Hamilton.  Sorry this is relatively short notice, but it is the only time we could have it.
It would be great to have as many of you come as possible, to brain storm ideas for the events and trips we like to do in this term.

At this point we can confirm that the Annual Swimming sports will be held on WEDNESDAY 1st Feb 2012 on our first get together for the year - at the Municipal pools, Victoria Street, Hamilton.
We will be starting at 9:30 Am sharp as we only have a 3 hour slot booked in, so we need to be there well before then to be settled, changed and ready to go!
More details will be sent soon.

Hope to see you in a couple of days at Mary’s.
Meanwhile, enjoy your hols!
Jackie
